$10 delivery (estimate 2-8 business days)
Free shipping for orders over $150
* Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Chalke Label uses Sendle to ship products to our customers. If no one is available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest Post Office for you to collect
Please make sure that you enter your shipping address correctly, as you will be charged the standard postage rate to resend the parcel if it is returned to the sender.

RETURNS
If your items aren't quite right, you are more than welcome to return them for an exchange or store credit. Chalke Label does not offer refunds due to a change of mind. We offer a store credit for change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving the goods. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour in the same style otherwise we will issue store credit if you would prefer another style.
*Please note that we can not ensure that the size or colour will be available when the return arrives and in this case, we will issue a store credit if the exchange request is out of stock.
If you change your mind on a full-price item and wish to return please email info@chalkelabel.com.au, along with your order number for returns information.
Items must be returned in original and unworn condition, unwashed with tags attached and all returns costs are at the expense of the customer. Chalke Label does not cover the cost of returning your items. Please ensure that you have tracking for your return as we are not responsible for any lost in transit returns and will not be able to process the return without receiving the goods.
Once your return reaches Chalke Label please allow up to 4 business days for the return or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation once your return is processed.
All sale items are final and will not be accepted for return.
All stock is quality control checked before dispatch however if you have a faulty item please email info@chalkelabel.com.au within 2 days of receiving your item.
The satchels we use are biodegradable and compostable.
We send all of our standard shipping orders with Sendle couriers. For every parcel we send, they’ll offset the carbon emissions and invest in positive environmental causes.
